The PowerShield PSLN600 Ninja Slimline 600VA UPS is a compact lithium uninterruptible power supply designed for installations where conventional UPS systems are too bulky. Delivering 600VA/360W of standby power protection from an enclosure only 42mm high, it is ideal for network cabinets, electrical switchboards, security systems, automation equipment, digital signage and other space-constrained applications. Its long-life lithium iron phosphate battery, flexible wall or DIN-rail mounting and silent operation make the PSLN600 particularly well suited to professional and commercial installations.

Ultra-slim UPS for space-constrained installations

At just 277mm deep, 210mm wide and 42mm high, the PowerShield Ninja Slimline UPS can be installed in locations that cannot accommodate a traditional tower or rackmount UPS. Wall-mounting brackets and a DIN-rail mounting kit are supplied, providing installers with the flexibility to mount the unit inside or alongside electrical cabinets, communications enclosures and equipment panels.

Long-life LiFePO4 lithium battery technology

The PSLN600 uses a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery rather than a conventional sealed lead-acid battery. LiFePO4 technology offers a longer service life, reduced weight and improved performance in demanding environments. The battery recharges to approximately 90% capacity within four to eight hours.

600VA standby power and surge protection

With a rated capacity of 600VA/360W, the PowerShield PSLN600 helps connected equipment continue operating through short power interruptions and provides time for an orderly shutdown during longer outages. Typical runtime is approximately 12 minutes at 50% load and six minutes at full load.

Two IEC outlets provide both battery backup and surge protection. The UPS also delivers 760-joule surge protection and incorporates protection against overload, excessive discharge, overheating, short circuits and overcharging.

Silent UPS operation

The Ninja Slimline’s quiet design makes it suitable for offices, retail environments, control rooms and other noise-sensitive locations. Operating noise is rated at less than 40dB, while automatic restart restores operation when mains power returns after an extended outage.

RS-232 UPS monitoring and optional network management

An integrated DB9 RS-232 communications port allows the PSLN600 to connect to a computer running PowerShield NetGuard UPS monitoring software. The port can also support optional remote network management through a compatible PowerShield external communications box and SNMP card.
