DrayTek VigorACS 3 Cloud Premium is a hosted network management service for organisations managing DrayTek devices across multiple sites. It brings monitoring, configuration, firmware management and SD-WAN orchestration into one web console, without requiring the customer or service provider to install and maintain a VigorACS server.
Centralised management without a self-hosted server
DrayTek hosts and operates the platform, removing the need to provision a server or virtual machine and maintain its operating system and database. Administrators can manage compatible Vigor routers, access points and switches from a central console while retaining control of their devices and configurations.
Tools for distributed DrayTek networks
Cloud Premium combines device status and network statistics with firmware upgrades, configuration backup and restore, and comprehensive reporting. For supported routers, it also provides SD-WAN orchestration to help manage connectivity and policies across sites. Multiple networks and user roles can be managed within a Cloud Premium account.
Licensing and deployment
Cloud Premium is a paid subscription based on managed nodes. A Vigor router or SD-WAN profile counts as one node; a VigorAP or VigorSwitch counts as half a node. Device compatibility and SD-WAN support vary by model and firmware version.
Cloud Premium supports management within a single tenant. Partners who need to host multiple organisations under one installation, or use hierarchical group administration, should consider the self-hosted VigorACS 3 edition.

Service tiers
VigorACS 3 Cloud is available in two tiers, Cloud Standard and Cloud Premium, differentiated by feature set and node management requirements. Customers can start with Cloud Standard at no cost and upgrade to Cloud Premium when they need advanced management capabilities or expand their deployment.
Cloud Standard – Basic Monitoring (Up to 10 Nodes for One Year)
Cloud Standard provides essential visibility and maintenance tools for small deployments. It is free of charge for up to 10 managed nodes, making it ideal for small sites or users adopting VigorACS 3 for the first time. Users enrolled in Cloud Standard are assigned a Standard role.
This tier includes:
- Device status and basic configuration visibility
- Firmware upgrade capabilities
- Network statistics
- Configuration backup and restore for managed devices
Cloud Premium – Full Management (Unlimited Nodes)
Cloud Premium unlocks most of the full VigorACS 3 feature set for customers who require advanced network management. Users who choose Cloud Premium are assigned a Group Administrator role. It is charged per node, Per monthly or annually with no upper node limit.
This tier includes all Cloud Standard features, plus:

- Network management
