Terms for Faulty Returns

All defective merchandise may be returned for repair or exchange as long as an RA number has been issued by SnapperNet.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.

Before an RA number is issued, you must communicate with SnapperNet staff to diagnose the problem, at which point a support ticket number will be assigned to you.

RA requests submitted without a support ticket number may take longer to process.

SnapperNet will cover the freight cost for the repaired or returned item. The customer will cover the cost of returning item to us.

An RA number must accompany all returns. An RA number must be written clearly on the invoice and on the outside of the package.

Proper packaging/shipping of RAs is the responsibility of the customer.

If returns are received with the RA procedures not completed, there may be a delay in the return or credit of the product(s).

Products returned to SnapperNet that are tested and deemed not faulty will be returned to you at your expense and a service fee may apply.
