The Yealink WH68 Workstation (1208738) combines a stereo DECT and Bluetooth wireless headset with a desktop communication hub featuring a touchscreen, speakerphone and USB hub. Designed for professionals managing computer, desk phone and mobile calls, it brings hybrid active noise cancellation and convenient call management to a permanent office workspace.

Desktop workstation with touchscreen and speakerphone

The included workstation provides a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen for managing calls and connected devices. Its integrated speakerphone allows users to take hands-free calls or include a colleague in a discussion without passing around a headset.

Simultaneous USB connections to a computer and compatible desk phone make it easier to move between communication devices. A built-in USB hub with two USB-A ports and one USB-C port adds peripheral connectivity and helps organise the desk.

DECT and Bluetooth wireless flexibility

DECT connectivity supports movement around the office, with a maximum range of up to 185 metres from the workstation. Bluetooth 5.3 is built into the headset for direct connection to mobile devices, with a maximum range of up to 50 metres.

These are maximum wireless ranges; walls, interference and connected devices affect actual coverage. The combination suits users who handle desk-based calls but also need mobile connectivity away from their workstation.

Hybrid ANC and clearer voice pickup

Hybrid active noise cancellation reduces surrounding noise heard by the wearer, helping maintain concentration in busy offices. Ambient sound mode allows users to hear more of their surroundings when required.

Four-microphone voice noise cancellation and Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology 3.0 help reduce background noise transmitted during calls. This supports clearer conversations with customers and colleagues, particularly in shared workspaces.

Comfortable headset with simple call controls

The 155-gram on-ear stereo headset features an adjustable microphone boom and controls for calls, volume, mute and music playback. Raise the boom to mute and lower it to unmute.

Dual busylights indicate when the user is on a call. For a more prominent desk-level indicator, the optional Yealink BLT60 external busylight is a compatible addition.

Battery life for a full working day

The WH68 Workstation headset provides up to 16 hours of talk time in DECT mode or 32 hours in Bluetooth mode. Docking the headset on the workstation keeps charging convenient between calls.

A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours under Yealink’s specified charging conditions. Actual battery life depends on usage and settings.

Phone compatibility and deployment

The WH68 Workstation supports USB connectivity to computers and compatible IP phones. Yealink USB Connect and Yealink Management Cloud Service provide configuration and management options.

For supported desk phones requiring an alternative connection, Yealink lists the EHS62 wireless headset adapter and telephone cable as optional accessories. Check the exact phone model, firmware and call-control requirements before selecting an adapter or cable.

Compared with the WH68 Hybrid with Charging Stand (1208741), the Workstation adds touchscreen call management, an integrated speakerphone and USB hub. The Hybrid configuration is better suited to users who prioritise a compact USB DECT dongle for laptop-based working.
