Yealink’s Hybrid Core design integrates independent DECT and Bluetooth wireless technologies into the headset. Users can connect through the supplied DECT dongle for professional computer-based communications while also pairing the headset directly with a Bluetooth device.

DECT provides greater range, connection density and security than a conventional Bluetooth-only office headset, making the WH64 Hybrid Dual particularly suitable for busy workplaces. Bluetooth adds the freedom to use the headset away from the desk without carrying the DECT dongle.

Three-microphone noise cancellation for clearer conversations

A three-microphone array works with Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology 2.0 to distinguish the speaker’s voice from surrounding sound. Unwanted office noise is reduced before it reaches the other participants, helping conversations remain clear in open-plan offices, shared workspaces and home environments.

The microphone boom can be raised to mute and lowered to unmute, providing a quick and intuitive way to manage calls without searching for an on-screen control.

Stereo audio for calls and everyday listening

The dual-ear design helps reduce distractions and provides stereo sound for calls, online meetings and media playback. Its 30 mm speakers support wideband voice and full-band music audio, allowing the headset to move easily between business communications and everyday listening.

At approximately 147 g, the WH64 Hybrid Dual is designed for prolonged use. Its adjustable headband, soft ear cushions and ergonomic earcup design help distribute pressure comfortably during extended calling sessions.

A dual-sided busylight provides a visible indication when the wearer is engaged, helping reduce interruptions in shared offices. The optional Yealink BLT60 external busylight can provide an even more prominent status indicator where required.

Straightforward call controls and device management

Controls on the headset provide convenient access to common calling functions, including:
