The Robustel EG5200 is an industrial edge computing gateway that combines secure cellular backhaul with on-box processing in a cabinet-ready form factor. Built on RobustOS Pro (Debian 11), it supports Docker containers and Debian packages so you can run protocol bridges, buffering, and analytics at the edge alongside your equipment.

Five Gigabit Ethernet ports, HDMI for local display, and USB 3.0/Type-C expandability simplify integration of cameras, sensors, and peripherals; optional Wi-Fi 6 (AP/Client) adds high-density wireless where needed.

Connectivity is resilient with dual-SIM 5G/4G/3G/2G and Ethernet WAN plus link-backup, while an enterprise VPN suite (IPsec/OpenVPN/GRE/L2TP/PPTP/DMVPN) protects data in transit. Serial (RS-232/422/485) and dry-contact DI/relay outputs support common industrial workflows. Fleet operations scale through RCMS for monitoring, configuration, and updates.

The result: a powerful, open platform for reliable connectivity and practical edge workloads across factories, smart-grid sites, and roadside cabinets.
