The Robustel R1510e is a compact industrial LTE router built to connect Ethernet based equipment and Digital Inputs and Outputs using a fully embedded eSIM. There are no physical SIM slots to install, replace, or manage. Based on the proven R1510 platform, it replaces the SIM tray with an embedded MFF2 eSIM that supports the GSMA SGP.22 standard, helping simplify international deployments, subscription management, and long-term device lifecycle operations.

Utilising RCMS with Zero-Touch eSIM Provisioning, RCMS enables enterprises to remotely assign and activate eSIM profiles at scale—addressing the practical limitation that SGP.22 alone isn’t designed for mass deployment workflows. The result is less manual SIM handling, reduced on-site labour, and faster global rollouts.

Compared with traditional physical-SIM routers, the R1510e adds eSIM capabilities designed to reduce operational friction: broad global frequency band support for consistent performance across major regions; secure remote eSIM profile enable/disable and switching to optimise connectivity without SIM logistics; automatic failsafe recovery that rolls back to the last working profile if a download or activation fails; and improved lifecycle management through profile rotation that reduces reliance on long-term roaming agreements and avoids SIM-swap maintenance.
