Premium Technical Support provides 24x7 access to Opengear’s out-of-band (OOB) experts via phone or email. Includes guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs), expedited escalations, and advanced return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) with flexible term options.

Eligible customers will receive access to a dedicated technical lead and 60 hours of professional services per calendar year. These professional services include configuration, remote installation, software and firmware upgrades, scripting, custom consulting and more.

Service Components:
• 24x7 technical support via phone, email, and support portal
• Priority escalation: Direct escalation to L2/L3 engineers for critical issues
• Advanced RMA: Replacement units (up to 5 outstanding RMAs) are shipped prior to receipt of the defective unit.
• Dedicated technical support and professional services: including but not limited to configuration, remote installation, software/firmware upgrades, scripting, and custom consulting such as building playbooks and automation scripts.
         - For accounts with 1,000+ nodes, includes 60 hours per calendar year (not to exceed 20 hours per quarter)
