Multi-gigabit PoE switching for modern business networks

The GWN7822P provides 24 copper Ethernet ports across two speed and power classes:

• 8 × 100/1000/2500Mbps PoE++ ports, delivering up to 60W per port

Up to 32 link aggregation groups can combine compatible connections for additional bandwidth, load distribution or link resilience. The SFP+ interfaces support 10Gbps single-mode and multimode optical modules, with support for up to two RJ45 10GbE transceiver modules when installed with spacing between them.

Traffic prioritisation for voice, video and business applications

Integrated Quality of Service controls allow administrators to prioritise latency-sensitive traffic such as voice, video conferencing and real-time applications.

An optional 54V, 300W external redundant power supply can be connected to the GWN7822P to provide additional power resilience for important installations.

Network-level resilience features include STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST+, RPVST+, link aggregation, storm control and loop protection. Grandstream also specifies support for stacking up to four compatible devices, although firmware-dependent features should be confirmed against the software version being deployed.
