NETYS RT by Socomec is a single-phase UPS series designed to provide complete rack or tower protection for IT systems such as servers and networking devices, VoIP communication systems, structured cabling systems, video surveillance systems, control systems, switching, and Edge data centres. NETYS RT is easy to set up. No configuration is required upon initial launch. The "tower-to-rack" conversion method saves time and space, and the tower mode has a small footprint.

Using online double-conversion technology with a sinusoidal waveform, the NETYS RT totally filters out all disturbances from or to the mains power supply and provides the highest level of utility protection. A large input voltage tolerance lowers battery mode switches, hence extending battery life. It is possible to implement 1+1 parallel and redundant setups to maximise the availability of essential utilities (5–11 kVA model up to 22 kVA). In addition, the series includes a hot-swappable plug-in manual bypass.

The LCD interface of the NETYS RT is minimalistic and easy to navigate, making it simple to use. The communication package includes USB connectivity for UPS management and relay board cards, an SNMP interface, and RS485 options for Li-ion battery BMS.

Hot-swappable modular battery extensions (EBM) provide extended and variable backup times to fulfil all backup needs, even after installation. A battery age detection mechanism, rapid recharging for very extended backup times, and compatibility with lithium-ion battery technology are all included.
