Yealink Optimal HD Audio for clearer conference calls

The Yealink CP925 uses a six-microphone array to capture voices from every direction, supported by a dedicated seventh microphone for noise cancellation. Its 6-metre pickup range and 360-degree coverage allow participants to speak naturally without leaning towards the phone.

Optimal HD Audio, Yealink Noise Proof Technology and Smart Noise Filtering help reduce distracting background sounds while preserving voice clarity. Full-duplex audio allows participants at both ends of the call to speak and be heard simultaneously, creating a more natural meeting experience.

Seven-microphone array with 360-degree voice pickup

Designed for small and medium conference rooms, the CP925 combines wide microphone coverage with a powerful 5W loudspeaker. Acoustic echo cancellation, background-noise suppression and automatic gain control help maintain consistent audio quality throughout the meeting.

The built-in speaker provides a broad 100Hz to 20kHz frequency response and reaches up to 94dB at 0.5 metres, ensuring remote participants can be heard clearly around the room.

Intuitive 4-inch colour touchscreen

The 4-inch, 480 × 800 capacitive touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for starting calls, accessing contacts, reviewing call history and managing meetings. Its fingerprint-resistant display helps keep the screen clear and presentable in shared meeting spaces.

The CP925’s low-profile design, concealed cable routing and black acoustic fabric give it a professional appearance. The fabric is resistant to water, oil and stains, helping the phone cope with everyday use in busy conference rooms.

SIP conference phone with five-way calling

The Yealink CP925 supports one SIP account and local five-way audio conferencing, allowing multiple parties to participate in the same call without requiring separate conferencing equipment.

Business calling features include call hold, mute, Do Not Disturb, call recording, call transfer, forwarding, call waiting, redial, voicemail, intercom, multicast paging and Busy Lamp Field support. A local phonebook stores up to 1,000 entries, with XML and LDAP remote directory support also available.

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and hybrid UC connectivity

Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 provide flexible connectivity for different meeting environments. A smartphone or compatible computer can connect over Bluetooth, allowing the CP925 to function as a high-quality conference speakerphone for hybrid UC meetings.

The USB-C device port can also be used with compatible devices and accessories. When paired with the optional Yealink CPN10 PSTN box, the CP925 can support analogue telephone calls and local three-way PSTN conferencing.

Power over Ethernet for simplified installation

The CP925 supports IEEE 802.3af Class 3 Power over Ethernet, allowing power and network connectivity to be delivered through one Ethernet cable when connected to a compatible PoE switch or injector. Built-in Wi-Fi can provide an alternative network connection where Ethernet cabling is inconvenient.

Secure deployment and centralised management

The Yealink CP925 supports SIP over TLS 1.3, SRTP voice encryption, HTTPS, AES-256 configuration-file encryption, secure boot and WPA2/WPA3 wireless security. IPv4 and IPv6 are supported, along with VLAN tagging and network Quality of Service controls.

For larger installations, administrators can configure and manage the phone through its web interface, auto-provisioning services or the Yealink Device Management Platform. Provisioning options include FTP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, Plug and Play and TR-069.
