MikroTik CRS112-8P-4S-IN 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet 802.3af/at PoE Switch, 4x SFP
8x Gigabit Ethernet Smart Switch with PoE-out, 4x SFP cages, 400MHz CPU, 128MB RAM, desktop case, RouterOS L5
The MikroTik CRS112-8P-4S-IN is a compact, fully managed Gigabit PoE switch designed for powering access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones and other network devices. It combines eight Gigabit Ethernet PoE-out ports with four independent 1Gbps SFP slots, providing flexible copper and fibre connectivity for business networks, surveillance systems and distributed installations. Powered by MikroTik RouterOS, it offers extensive switching, traffic management, monitoring and network configuration capabilities.
Eight Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE output
All eight 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports support PoE-out, allowing compatible devices to receive data and electrical power over a single network cable. The CRS112-8P-4S-IN supports both passive PoE and standards-based IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, depending on the power supply connected to the switch.
The included 28V power adapter supports low-voltage passive PoE output. To power standard 802.3af/at PoE and PoE+ devices, a suitable 48–57V DC power supply is required and sold separately. The switch automatically detects compatible 802.3af/at powered devices when operating from the appropriate high-voltage input.
Four SFP ports for Gigabit fibre connectivity
Four independent 1Gbps SFP slots provide flexible fibre-optic uplink and network expansion options. These ports can be used to connect remote buildings, network cabinets, servers or core switches over multimode or single-mode fibre using compatible SFP transceivers.
Unlike combo ports, all eight Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and four SFP interfaces can operate independently, giving the switch a total of 12 usable switching ports.
Managed networking with MikroTik RouterOS
The MikroTik CRS112-8P-4S-IN runs RouterOS with a Level 5 licence, providing considerably more management flexibility than a basic unmanaged PoE switch. RouterOS supports advanced switching and network functions including VLAN configuration, port isolation, access control, traffic filtering, bandwidth management, link monitoring and diagnostic tools.
The switch can be managed through MikroTik WinBox, WebFig or the command-line interface. An RJ45 serial console port is also provided for direct administration and troubleshooting.
Flexible dual-voltage power inputs
Two DC input sockets support different voltage ranges:
-
18–28V DC for low-voltage passive PoE output
-
48–57V DC for IEEE 802.3af/at PoE and high-voltage passive PoE output
The CRS112-8P-4S-IN can accept power through either or both inputs. Its total PoE output capacity is up to 2.8A when operating from an 18–28V source or 1.4A when using a 48–57V source. Actual available power depends on the input voltage, power-supply capacity and requirements of connected devices.
Silent, compact and versatile installation
Passive cooling enables completely silent operation without fans, making the switch suitable for offices, communications cabinets and other noise-sensitive environments. Its compact metal enclosure can be placed on a desktop or installed in a rack using the included mounting hardware.

Important PoE power-supply note
The included 28V 3.4A adapter is intended for powering the switch and compatible low-voltage passive PoE devices. A separate 48–57V DC power supply is required to operate standard IEEE 802.3af/at PoE devices. Before deployment, the total power requirements and supported input voltage of every connected device should be checked.
