LevelOne ESP-2400 24-Port Ethernet Surge Protector, Supports GigE and PoE
The ESP-2400 PoE surge protector is a great choice when it comes to protecting network components from surges. The surge protector constantly monitors the power of all of its 24 PoE ports to reliably prevent tethered devices such as IP cameras, wireless LAN access points or IP phones from being damaged. As soon as the ESP-2400 registers an undesirably high voltage, it blocks it or shuts it short.
The installation is very simple: The surge protector is simply plugged in between the PoE switch and the peripherals. An LED status indicator on each port indicates whether the voltage monitor is active.
