Timing is very important when resetting the ECB-3220.
1. Unplug the power from the ECB-3220.
2. Plug the power back on, then hold down the reset button located next to the ethernet port for approximately 15 seconds.
3. The ECB-3220 requires 45 seconds to reboot. Once the device has finished rebooting, you should be able to access the GUI by typing the default.
4. IP address 192.168.1.1 in your web browser. User name and password are both "admin".
